Our clients funds are issued on the 10th
of each month.
Full financial statements are sent at the end of each month.
City rental tax is collected from the tenant and paid to the City each month or quarter as the City requires.
We will facilitate sending the required State and
County Rental Registration forms.
At the clients request REMN can be named Statutory Agent as required by the State of Arizona for out of state owners of rental property.
We can pay your HOA dues, landscaping and pool service invoices from rent collected, helping to keep all financial transactions for the property in one place. This will enable your tax accountant to easily understand the income and expenses at tax time.
1099s are sent to each client and vendor in January.
